Summer Garden Wedding

Tom and Nick got married through the Summer, and it was the perfect Garden Wedding celebration.
Earlier in the week they legally got married at a local registry office, which I was so lucky to be able to capture too, before having the full celebrations over the Weekend.

I love seeing small legal marriages before being able to photograph the full Wedding day or celebration, it’s a great way to do it and I love that both can be captured and showcases the couple truly.

For the legal ceremony Tom & Nick had a few close friends and family join them, arrived together, walked in together and had a few photos with me before heading off to lunch to celebrate. It was really lovely, casual but so loving and you could tell it was exactly how they wanted to do it.

The Saturday was more of a celebration, but they still had a ceremony at their parents garden. Having a ceremony amongst the tree’s before heading down for speeches, dancing and lots of food in the gorgeous family garden.
Having another ceremony was perfect, they really personalised it to them, with friends & family speaking as well as some singing too.

There was so many gorgeous details at the Saturday celebration, from the decor to the food, and the ceremony space was just beautiful. I loved that these two got to create their perfect day[s] for them. Although on-traditional Weddings happen, we don’t see them as often, and I think it’s so lovely to be able to showcase your love in the a way that means doing your thing for your Wedding too. No love story is the same, no couple is the same, no love is the same, and so to try and keep up with traditions and thinking “you should” do something for your day, just isn’t true. You do you, always!
